Sara Salem is a passionate Psycheducator with a Master’s degree in Education and a Board Certification as a Behavioral Cognitive Specialist. She holds advanced certifications in ADHD Clinical Services, Polyvagal Theory, AutPlay Therapy, and auditory-based interventions. Her training also includes Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders through the lens of Functional Developmental Behavioral Neuroimmunology, equipping her to work at the intersection of brain, body, and behavior.

Sara supports children, adolescents, and adults, especially those navigating ADHD, anxiety, and emotional regulation challenges. Her work blends neuroscience, CBT, mindfulness, and play-based strategies to build resilience, strengthen focus, and nurture self-awareness.

She also guides parents and caregivers with practical tools to create supportive environments at home and consults with schools to develop inclusive, neurodiverse-informed practices. By bridging psychology and education, Sara creates consistent systems that empower growth across all areas of development.
